Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Spent an afternoon at the Woods of Wayne in Wayne, Illinois. There are several ponds in this forest preserve. The afternoon was partly/mostly cloudy with an otherwise blue sky. Loved the reflection here, and while I liked the color shot, I liked removing most of the color to focus on the reflection in the glassy water, and the tree shapes.
Recently had this printed on canvas; love it!
Beauty is everywhere. Sometimes it hits you in the face; you can't miss it. Other times, you have to go looking for it. But always, no matter where you are, you can find something of beauty. I love the grand landscape, the engaging smile, the cute baby. But even more, I love to find the beauty in the ordinary; the mundane; the thing you just walked past without a glance. If I can make you reconsider; to think about the magnificence of the ordinary - that makes me happy.

Thank you James. There are some steps built into the side of this pond where you can sit and take in this view and contemplate life. It is a wonderful and peaceful place to spend time.

Thanks Skip. I did about 4 versions of this shot with color, duo tone variations, pure black and white and the sepia shown here. This was the one that won my heart. I think because it was early spring and you can't really tell if it's spring or fall, it helps to take the color out of it and just focus on the shapes of the trees and the reflection in the water. Glad you enjoyed it.
