Stopping at a local parking lot lined with beautiful lavender-colored plants - possibly Russian Sage - the wind was a little too much for wonderfully sharp flower shots, but I was fascinated by the activities of the bees on the flowers, so I plopped down on my sitting stool and enjoyed the "bee hive" of activity!

The little guy is still busy at it! Wonderful to see, Joni! A nice focus... the expanse of soft floral background indicates he's found a mother lode of food supply & will be busy at it for a while still :))

Yes! I spent about an hour here just watching the different bees enjoying themselves. Sometimes it was comical to see them buried so deep in a bloom. Appreciate the visit and your kind comments, Connie!
