The upper floors of the Sears Tower, which officially became the Willis Tower in March 2009, when London-based insurance broker Willis Group Holdings agreed to lease a portion of the building, and obtained the building's naming rights, are enshrouded by a dense fog on a stormy fall morning in Chicago
