Wonderful capture of the morning fog in Alaska, Joni. I particularly like the abstract quality of the image and its muted tones. f/l/tw

Thank you so much Ann. Yes, this photo does have an abstract quality to it - hard to believe that it is a photo, not a painting; but it is pretty much straight out of the camera with almost no adjustments. It was a really wonderful place. Appreciate the visit Ann!

Thanks Lyudmila. This is one of my favorite shots from Alaska. It was such an interesting morning walking around the ship, watching the fog hanging in the air. It looks as if I did some processing, but this is nearly untouched out of camera. It doesn't get much attention, so I guess my tastes don't resonate with everyone, but I'm glad you enjoyed it. Cruising through Glacier Bay National Park was a real highlight to my time in Alaska - from this photo taken before sunrise to the Alaska Inside Passage Under The Clouds taken just before sunset, it was a wondrous time.
