Artist's Description
Driving through the neighborhood on a January afternoon, and came across this young deer, its fawn spots just barely faded, grazing in the tall grass by the side of the road. I stopped, and we shared a moment, before I continued on my way.
About Joni Eskridge

Beauty is everywhere. Sometimes it hits you in the face; you can't miss it. Other times, you have to go looking for it. But always, no matter where you are, you can find something of beauty. I love the grand landscape, the engaging smile, the cute baby. But even more, I love to find the beauty in the ordinary; the mundane; the thing you just walked past without a glance. If I can make you reconsider; to think about the magnificence of the ordinary - that makes me happy.
