Description
Though having been out for a couple of hours already, I had to climb to the top of the small but steep mountain on this beautiful snowy day in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina. I stood breathless.- not because of the hike to the top, but because of the beauty of the fog and snow and lake below. Though the distant mountain range was invisible this day, there was still so much beauty to be found.
