Artist's Description
Having gotten a later start on our trip to Galena, the sun was setting while we were still about 20 miles from our destination. I had hoped to get to our B&B location to get sunset shots and was a little disappointed, but the sunset I was seeing out the car window was really beautiful, so I pulled out my camera and started shooting.

I love the grand landscape, the engaging smile, the cute baby. But even more, I love to find the beauty in the ordinary; the mundane; the thing you just walked past without a glance. If I can make you reconsider; to think about the magnificence of the ordinary - that makes me happy.
