Description
Chicago's Navy Pier is a Chicago Landmark that celebrated 100 years in 2016. Just east of the Pier is the Chicago Harbor Lighthouse. The light was constructed in 1893 for the World's Columbian Exposition and moved to its present site in 1919.
On this overcast late summer evening, Windy, Chicago’s very own Tall Ship sails through the harbor. This majestic 148-foot schooner is modeled after a traditional Great Lakes trading ship.

I love this photo of the Chicago Harbor Lighthouse at Navy Pier and the tall ship setting out into Lake Michigan! Great timing and capture Joni from my hometown city of Chicago! L/F, ~Jeff at JSJ Photography

Thanks Jeff. Had to hang out awhile to wait for the ship to get in that spot!
