Artist's Description
Just before the sun set, I decided to try and capture the beauty of the Hydrangea plant I received for Mother's Day, before it faded. I'm not a terribly proficient gardener, and am having my challenges with successfully raising my new acquisition, so while I had this one somewhat perfect puff, I wnated to memorialize it. The dropping sun made the background fade into nonexistence, leaving my beautiful pink, green and white Hydrangea flowers to stand all on their own in the spotlight.
