Description
Having lived in the flat lands of Illinois most of my life, hills are always a treat. Going to Galena lets me forget that I'm still in Illinois. Driving down a country road on an early December morning, this farm backed up to a tree-covered hill caught my eye. The light covering of snow was beautiful, and the hill rising in the background against the clouds required that I capture that moment to remember when I returned to my own neighborhood, devoid of sucha beautiful rolling landscapes.
