Artist's Description
On an early December evening as the work day is winding down and the sun is setting, the city braces for a winter storm. I like the color version for, well, it's colors as the city is moving from daytime to night; but the desaturated version adds a different kind of dark, dramatic mood.

Beauty is everywhere. Sometimes it hits you in the face; you can't miss it. Other times, you have to go looking for it. But always, no matter where you are, you can find something of beauty. I love the grand landscape, the engaging smile, the cute baby. But even more, I love to find the beauty in the ordinary; the mundane; the thing you just walked past without a glance. If I can make you reconsider; to think about the magnificence of the ordinary - that makes me happy.
