Description
Much of the grounds around Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory where high-energy physics is studied, is open to the public, and a nature-lover's happy place. Bird watchers wander through woods and prairies, large and small ponds can be found housing various water fowl and in one section you'll find a fenced in area with a small herd of buffalo. Several bird houses like this can be found along the buffalo pen fence.
