A bench sits along a path in Morton Arboretum in Lisle, Illinois on a sunny afternoon. Walking through this part of the Arboretum, I was drawn to the line of trees, the shadows from the sunlight falling on the trees, and the bench where the weary could rest a few minutes and take in the beauty of nature.

It's a beautiful place filled with trees and flowers and ponds and benches. The magnolias, red buds, tulips and apple and cherry blossoms make this one of my favorite getaways in spring, and fall is breathtaking. I've taken some winter shots, but cold is not my friend, so they're far more scarce in my portfolio! Thanks for the visit Karen. Appreciate it.
