Oh, Wow.. I visited the ocean in North Carolina when I was in my 20s. Myrtle Beach. This is beautiful and will make a fabulous addition to your calendar! So dramatic! :-) Maggie

Thanks so much Maggie. My husband and I are planning to retire to North Carolina. We'll likely be in the western part of the state, so closer to the mountains than the beach - but still a lot closer to the ocean than here in Illinois! It is a beautiful place and I loved this particular evening spent with my sister at Nags Head off season. We were practically alone, and the weather was still warm enough to enjoy being outside.
