Description
What do you do when you have a camera in your hands, you're on a road trip, and your driver doesn't do a lot of stopping? You point that camera out the window and start shooting!
Not every photo taken at 70 mph is a keeper, but this weathered red barn off the Pennsylvania turnpike is one of my favorite captures - at 70 mph or standing still - and hangs in my living room.

Lovely blood red and the shutters and the intricate wavy roofline is quite a surprise -- It almost looks like a home and not a barn. Lovely composition and mood. Fabulous shot! :-) Maggie

Thanks for the visit and kind words Maggie. This picture hangs in my dining/living room. I really love all the detail this barn had and was so pleasantly surprised that the shot turned out as well as it did going 70 mph down the Pennsylvania Turnpike on a dull and cloudy day!
